four musts for a secretary

there are however four principal qualities which an ideal secretary must hav humanity intigrity diligence and loyalty . the so called dry as dust  is in general a fictitious creation . the secretary must if he is to to do his work proparly have a real appreciation of the human problems that affect mans action . in his work almost seven eight s of the time is taken up with human problems and difficulties . he must have broad shoulders too for if things go wrong he is often the vonvenient person to be blemed whereas if thing go right he may not always receive the credit which is due to him.
